GENERAL INFORMATION
  1. Order will be confirmed once full payment has been received.
  2. Each design is digitally lettered, cut out at high quality decal, and uses outdoor waterproof vinyl.
  3. Hand wash only and leave to dry.
  4. Do not rub and scrub.
  5. Avoid using microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and steriliser.
  6. All products are individually hand crafted. Hence, each product will have subtle variations from one another.
  7. Product colours may differ due to colour calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
  8. POSH do not offer any return or refund if product is not handled as per instruction above.

PERSONALISATION & FONT 

  1. The longer the personalisation, the smaller the font size vice versa. This is to fit the space of personalisation.
  2. If a cursive font is chosen ie ALL font types except for Option 5, Option 6-8, Option 13, the personalisation will automatically be converted to case sensitive being the FIRST letter will be uppercase and the remaining letters in lowercase. 

POSH BOX 

  1. Store box in room temperature and avoid placing box in heat-exposed environments.
  2. Avoid stocking or placing box in contact with other items that may cause colour transfer.
  3. When handling box, clean hands are preferred to avoid any marks on box especially when handling white box.
  4. Boxes are foldable by magnet. Upon receiving the boxes, please assemble and leave overnight for boxes to interlock well. 

FABRIC PRODUCTS

  1. Unit of measurement in inches - There May be 1cm-2cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material

and the way the measurements were taken.

MUGS & TUMBLERS

  1. All mugs and tumblers are not air-tight or sealed. 
  2. Avoid tilting or shaking the mugs and tumblers as the liquid contained will spill out. 
  3. All mugs and tumblers are recommended for table-use. If used as a container, it must be placed upright and properly cushioned to avoid spillage/leakage. It is not recommended to place into bags where the mugs and tumblers have a risk of being tilted. 


CERAMIC & NATURAL PRODUCTS

  1. Ceramic product are inevitably with small black spots, pinholes, bumps, and scratches.
  2. Natural products such as marble, stone, and granite are subject to natural colour variations, imperfections, and sizes. POSH accepts no liability for any variances in this respect.
 
We would like to emphasize that each natural product is unique and may be imperfect (i.e, cracks, dents, chips, colour, etc). This is due to the originality and nature of the product. Kindly take this into consideration before purchasing any natural products. Nonetheless, POSH takes quality seriously and will ensure the best for our customers.
 
CHROME PRODUCTS
Chrome products are inevitably with small spots, pinholes, and light scratches.
 
We strongly advise to follow our care instructions above to fully enjoy our products.
POSH will not be liable for any products that have been mishandled or have been altered once it has left our studio.
 
Our items are carefully wrapped and packaged in boxes and bubble wraps. Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Please note that POSH will not be held responsible for any missing parcels due to mistakes in delivery information, damaged parcels or any other mishap caused by the shipping carriers. Your parcel will be dispatched at your own risk. However, special care is taken to protect all items in the parcel.
 
MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA
We reserve the right to promote or publish images of finished products on our website, social media, and industry blogs.
 
ORDER & PAYMENT
  1. All orders are tailored to individual requirements, there will be no refund for cancelled orders.
  2. All cancelled orders cannot be reversed.
  3. All payments have to be made through bank transfer.
  4. Payment shall be deemed not complete until full amount of funds have been cleared and well received by POSH.
  5. All orders will be automatically cancelled after 1 hour after non-payment.
  6. POSH reserves the right to substitute/replace gift boxes of equivalent or higher value without informing the customer.  
  7. Prices for each product do not include shipping fees as each order is different depending on certain variances. Kindly refer to our shipping terms.
  8. Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and payment has been received in full.
  9. For international orders, payments will be automatically converted to the shipping country’s currency. If the destination currency is not in the default currency, it will be automatically converted to USD.
  10. POSH calculates the currency rate for all countries set by financial institutions and reserves the right to amend where deemed necessary.
  11. Pricing varies across countries and POSH reserves the full rights to set the price range based on the countries’ market conditions, regulatory costs, taxes, tariffs, cost of facilities, wages, legal risks, market risk, size of the market, etc.
  12. All purchases have to be made according to the currency price set by POSH and any special requests will not be entertained.


DELIVERIES
Shipping Information
WITHIN MALAYSIA
All parcels are shipped using local courier companies. Postage fees varies for each order depending on the weight and size. All customised items orders are processed within 5-8 working days. Parcels will arrive within 1-3 working days within West Malaysia and 2-4 working days within East Malaysia once the order has been processed. Do expect delays during peak season and major holidays such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya etc. due to lack of staff at the courier companies.
 
SAME DAY DELIVERY (KLANG VALLEY ONLY)
Need something urgent on the same day or the next day? Opt for same day delivery and we will do the rest for you! Surcharge of RM35-150 applies depending on the location, quantity, and weight.
 
*POSH is not responsible for any missing or damaged parcels resulting from errors made by the shipping couriers. We will be happy to assist you in filing a damage claim with appropriate parties to receive either a refund or a replacement.
 
For orders without gift boxes, POSH reserves the right to use imperfect (old/slightly damaged) boxes to package your item for shipping. Nevertheless, bubble wrap and/or other packaging buffers will be used to protect the items.
 
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international shipping will be shipped out via Pos Malaysia (or any Postage Company deemed fit by POSH ). Please allow 7-20 working days for the parcel to arrive. Do expect delays during peak seasons and major holidays such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya etc. (you may refer to Malaysia's Holiday Season) due to the lack of staff at the courier companies. There could also be delays which may be affected by custom clearance.

*Please note that any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. In the case if tax is not paid within the stipulated period, goods will be forfeited and destroyed by the customs department which is not under our control.

Due to restricted circumstances, our usual delivery period has been affected both locally and internationally due to the courier companies and local regulations.
